Writers, Readers, and Supporters,
Thanks to those of you who came out to the Ithaca Book and Zine Fair yesterday and found us in our little corner. We had fun talking stories and sharing writing prompts with you! Our biggest seller was Shift with lots of compliments on the cover art.

Did you know that you can get yourself an original linocut print of "Wolf in Sheep's Clothing" through the artist's Etsy Shop, LegendHasItLinocuts? Support handmade art (and Nikki; she's great)!
May is very busy for us with our next publication, Weirdscapes: An Otherworldly Anthology, headed to the printer at the end of the month, and reading the submissions already coming in for Xeno: Stories Sans Humans. You can submit too until end of September!
I'm also putting out my debut novel in October (there, now that I announced it publicly, it has to happen)!
Shout out to Ink Alchemy Books author, Augusto Luiz Facchini, who read an excerpt from his story in Whimsy: A Literary Doom & Gloom Antidote at the Spring Writes Literary Festival this past weekend. Also, happy birthday, Augusto!
Need a spark of inspiration? Here, have a prompt: Write from the point of view of an object.
Writer's Block? Try deliberately writing something bad!
Warmly,
Naomi Daniluk
Editor at Ink Alchemy Books
